Mortgage

The software will prepare the monthly mortgage payment for a mortgage loan.

Enter the following:

• Interest rate,

• Number of years in mortgage (term), and

• Amount borrowed.

Recalculate and the monthly payment will be displayed on the Monthly Payment line. Up to four different mortgage options may be prepared.
