You are allowed to change certain fields as desired. However, sometimes you may need to set these fields back to the default settings.
These overrides are allowed as shown below:
Pension Report: Life Expectancy from UP-94 mortality tables and Actuarial Adjustment Factor
Retirement Income Report: Life Expectancy from UP-94 mortality tables
Loan Amortization Report: Interest rate per period and calculated Payment
In some cases, the user may want to override the Divorce Math formula and use different data (e.g., in loan amortization report, use a greater payment amount to see how much sooner the loan would be paid off).
Formula fields which may be changed are displayed in soft yellow background fields. If you change these fields with your own data, the field background will appear in light blue to show that a formula has been changed.
To restore the original formula, use the Tools menu, Options and Reset Options. Recalculate to restore original formula.
Caution. Once you select this option all override fields will be restored to the original default settings.
