On the Toolbar you will find the following options:
Use
to begin a new case in the desired calculator.
Use
to open previously stored cases. Existing files are stored
in an Access '02 database. Click on the desired file and select OK.
Note: Recalculate the software after opening an existing case.
Use
to save a new case or save an existing case as either a new
case or to replace what was previously saved. Select OK to save over the
existing case or type in a new name and then select OK. Your data will
be saved under the name you enter.
Use
to print the report from the calculator you are currently
working in.
Use
to store your own notes on any part of the software. Click
on the Notes Button and type in your notes on that screen.
You need to click on the Recalculate button found on your screen to calculate reports after data has been entered.
Use the
to cut the entry for copying into another field or delete
your most recent entry.
Use the
to copy your blocked text for pasting into another field.
Use the
to paste your cut or copied text into another field.
This
will open the Contents
Page of the Help menu. Use the F1 key to go immediately to
the Help topic you are interested in. You may also print the Help text
if you wish.
At the bottom of the screen is the Status bar where the date and time are shown as well as a description of the Toolbar and Menu in use.
