Financial Affidavitcan be prepared with weekly, monthly or annual numbers. Select which period to show on output report. Input can be weekly, monthly or annual and program will covert input data into output type selected. Create as many versions of a particular case as you need - not limited to one set of numbers per case.
Input directly or have clients prepare input using pre-formatted Excel spreadsheet supplied with the software. Income and tax inputs are transferred directly from Divorce Planner.
Comparison reports are available for comparing Assets and Expenses of two parties. The basic design of Assets+ is for 1 party but the comparison reports allow you to recall another financial affidavit to be compared to the financial affidavit you have prepared. You can Export and Import financial affidavits to other Assets+ users.
Unlimited Data Entry - Input items in specific categories are not limited in number. You can input the value of 2 common stocks or 200 common stocks and the program will keep track of all items. You are not limited to a specific number of input items in any category.
Both footnotes and documentation notes are available for each data item entered. Footnotes show next to the item on the financial affidavit. Documentation notes do not print on the financial affidavit and are intended to assist you in managing the larger cases. Documentation notes are your notes on particular input items to help you keep track of where data is coming from and other notes you want to see when you review input items. Where State specific financial affidavits are available (CT, FL & NY), comments can be typed directly on state specific form.
Uses Microsoft Access- the same data base program used with FinPlan Divorce Planner. You do not need to own Microsoft Access - a run-time version is distributed by FinPlan. You can send output reports to either Word or Excel for further editing.
